Fabmann produces a wide range of marine grade dock hardware which is designed to provide great strength, and our product range covers inside and outside corner brackets, angle brackets, chain retainers, backup plates and pipe holders. We offer different thickness of steel for standard docks and heavy duty docks used in lakes, river and rough sea waters.

The steel thickness for standard dock hardware is 3/8" and 1/4" or 3/8" for heavy duty, and Fabmann metal surface treatment is strictly according to ISO 1461 or ASTM-A-123. To provide the best experience of removal and installation of dock, Fabmann also uses 3/4" male tabs and double 1/2" female tabs. To extend the lifespan of your dock investment, Fabmann focuses on providing the best galvanization and welding quality, when it comes both load bearing and connecting elements, which means low maintenance and extended replacement intervals for you. Our production engineers take strict production control including steel plate thickness, fabrication process and hot dip galvanization.

Besides of our standard galvanized dock hardware products, Fabmann also offers floating docks and marina finger according to custom designs, and we can offer both steel and aluminum material to make floating docks. Fabmann has can handle both small order as well as volume purchase, we have experienced welders and advanced production facility like laser cutting machine, plasma cutting machine, hydraulic stamping machine and welding robots to make premium hardware for you. For dock hardware used by yacht club, Fabmann uses high strength steel and make heat-treatment for superior welding strength.
